Dr. Peter Lindtner has worked as a consultant for professional services for over 25 years, successfully managing and heading up a number of complex projects. He was heavily involved in the founding and development of a well known Swiss management consultancy firm as a long-standing member of the Executive Board. He has detailed industry knowledge, both in industrial and trade sectors. Dr. Peter Lindtner has acquired special expertise in international projects.

Bernd Spreter

Chief Financial Officer

Bernd Spreter studied business administration at the Academy of Administration and Economics in Stuttgart. He worked in various senior finance roles at Siemens IT Solutions before becoming CFO of the national company in Romania in 2009. In 2012, he joined the IT service provider Atos in Switzerland, where he most recently headed the Central European business as CFO of a business unit covering 12 countries. His more than 20 years of international experience in finance and his specialisations in HR and legal make him a valuable partner for his team, partners and customers.

Sebastian Behne

Head of Seamless Service Consulting

Sebastian Behne started his career at proaxia in 2011 as a Consultant. Over the years, he established himself as a Senior Expert for End-to-End Service Solutions and eventually became the Head of Seamless Service Consulting. With over 20 years of professional experience in national and international SAP consulting and development, 11 years of SAP FSM project experience, and as a co-product owner of the SAP FSM Cloud Connector, he has extensive expertise in the field.

Dr. Marcin Granowicz

CTO, Head of Business Technology and Product Development

Dr. Marcin Granowicz has continually worked in the areas of system integration and software development since 1986. His experience ranges from leading international teams with over 100 employees to being the member of the Executive Board of a software development center. With knowledge acquired from several hundred software and integration projects, plus his international experience and excellent people skills, Dr. Marcin Granowicz is a valuable point of contact for customers, partners, and employees.

Rainer Lenk

Head of Automotive Europe

Rainer Lenk is responsible for the Automotive – Sales and Service segment in Europe. Rainer stands out due to his in-depth industry knowledge of sales and service processes ranging from manufacturer (OEM) and importer to dealer. His international experience from over 20 automotive projects with a volume of over 30 man-years, along with his detailed knowledge of Industry Solution SAP for Automotive and his excellent people skills, makes him a contact person who is very much in demand among our customers.

Rainer Soehlemann

Head of Discrete Industries

Rainer Soehlemann is responsible for Management Consulting at proaxia. His twin passions are service processes and CIO services. He is a valuable partner for our customers thanks to his years of experience with international projects and his active leadership in the transformation of companies and their IT systems. His core competencies lie in the areas of business transformation, business innovation through IT, IT strategy, business alignment of IT, and enterprise architecture. Rainer Soehlemann has an MBA with a focus on sales and over 20 years of experience in leading roles in international management consulting.

Yoshihiko Maeda

With over 35 years of experience in the consulting industry in various executive roles in Asia (focus on China and Japan), Yoshihiko Maeda is now expanding proaxia’s business in Asia and developing it further. Yoshihiko Maeda has worked for leading IT and consultancy providers and cultivated an excellent network of contacts. This network and his proven capabilities in building up successful branches in Asia are valuable both for our customers as well as for the entire group.

Jan Pedras

Head of Automotive APAC

With over 20 years of experience and well-honed skills, Jan Pedras is a prominent software and development architect. He has successfully led projects in over ten countries across different time zones. Our customers hold him in high esteem as a contact person, especially for development challenges that arise during international rollouts or roll-ins. He is responsible for the further development of our Automotive International team and the successful execution of large customer projects. Jan Pedras is based in our Singapore location.
