Dr. Peter Lindtner has worked as a consultant for professional services for over 25 years, successfully managing and heading up a number of complex projects. He was heavily involved in the founding and development of a well known Swiss management consultancy firm as a long-standing member of the Executive Board. He has detailed industry knowledge, both in industrial and trade sectors. Dr. Peter Lindtner has acquired special expertise in international projects.

Stefan Krauss

Stefan Krauss is an internationally experienced manager and since 2014 heads the “SAP Industry Solutions for Discrete Manufacturing Industries” unit at global level. As an executive sponsor for global companies, he has an in-depth understanding of customer requirements and is highly trusted by top customers from all sectors of the manufacturing industry. His outstanding expertise in the solutions business, his comprehensive knowledge of the market and his proximity to SAP make him a valuable partner in shaping the proaxia business.

Sven Lüscher

Member of the Board of Directors

Sven Lüscher, attorney-at-law, Managing Partner of the law firm Werder Viganò AG, Zurich, has worked as a lawyer since 2002. In addition to various directorships in companies, he regularly exercises mandates as an investigator on behalf of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA. Furthermore, he is responsible for providing ongoing corporate legal advice to several SMEs. Sven Lüscher is a recognized expert for all legal aspects of business life and will support proaxia in all areas of business and corporate law as well as intellectual property law.

Yoshihiko Maeda

With over 35 years of experience in the consulting industry in various executive roles in Asia (focus on China and Japan), Yoshihiko Maeda is now expanding proaxia’s business in Asia and developing it further. Yoshihiko Maeda has worked for leading IT and consultancy providers and cultivated an excellent network of contacts. This network and his proven capabilities in building up successful branches in Asia are valuable both for our customers as well as for the entire group.

Willy G. Wolf

Member of the Board of Directors

He has been in the IT industry for more than 30 years and has held international management positions in finance and administration at a well-known computer manufacturer. His experience from numerous international consulting projects and his position as the responsible CFO of an international management consultancy set him apart. As CFO, Willy G. Wolf was responsible for the entire support area of proaxia until 2022 and continues to help shape the direction of the company on the Board of Directors.
