proaxia today announced that its Customer Self-Service (CSS) solution is now available on SAP® Store, the online marketplace for SAP and partner offerings. CSS integrates with SAP Service Cloud, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Field Service solutions and delivers seamless and smooth service experiences to customers. 

From a business perspective our new cloud solution boosts customer engagements through innovative digital self-services. It redefines customer relationships of manufacturing companies (OEMs) to directly engage with customers, in real-time and through omni-channel interactions. CSS fully extends the SAP Architecture to end-to-end service experiences and is fully extensible to growing requirements, says Dr. Peter Lindtner, CEO of proaxia. 

Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) benefit from Increased Service Productivity and Reduced Customer Service Costs as well as Digital Innovations and Fast-Time-to-Value by using CSS’s core modules Ticket Management, Service Appointment Management, and Equipment Management. Further modules are on the CSS Solution Roadmap and individual requirements can be delivered in enterprise extension modules.
